___________________________

She embodies strength and countenance

Elegant and graceful

She watches with her heart and intuition

She sees more than the eyes can see

She is the divine portal, one with the creator

She brings souls into this world from other dimensions

She has survived many storms of colonization,

marginalization and abuse

She stands tall with her regalia

The Raven headdress

Raven is her clan, he is the

Co-creator of the universe

Her mouth is open as she has been silenced

But she will be silent no longer

She is an extension of Mother Earth

She uses her voice to protect her children

The Haida’s are Matrilineal and Matriarchal

“Society cries out for the voice of the Mother”
